Pen Palace ships India wide. We deliver to all regions, ensuring that your favorite writing instruments and accessories can reach you, no matter where you are.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you have a P.O. Box address, please contact us to confirm if delivery is possible.

Shipping Delays

Damages

Pen Palace is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
